1. Overview

This site is operated by Kevlar x Koffee. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Kevlar x Koffee. We offer this site, including all information, tools and products available here, to you conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province to use this site, and you may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. A breach of any of these terms ends your right to use the site immediately.

3. Products

Everything we sell is used vintage clothing, sold as-is. Colors and details may display differently on your screen than in person. Measurements are taken by hand and may vary slightly. We have made every effort to describe wear, repairs and flaws accurately, but we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is error-free.

Each piece is one of one. We reserve the right to limit quantities, to discontinue any product, and to refuse any order.

4. Pricing

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, including after an order has been submitted, and to cancel and refund that order if we do.

5. Orders and payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. By submitting an order you confirm the payment method is yours and the billing information is accurate. We may cancel an order that appears fraudulent, or that was placed by a reseller or distributor.

6. All sales are final

We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. Orders cannot be modified once placed. See the return policy for the full details, including damaged or incorrect shipments.

7. Shipping

Most orders ship within 5–7 business days. We ship worldwide and shipping costs are added at checkout. Import duties, taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our prices. Delivery dates given by carriers are estimates, not guarantees.

8. Accuracy of your information

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information, including a deliverable shipping address. We are not responsible for orders lost because of an incorrect address.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site — photographs, text, layout and marks — is owned by us or licensed to us and may not be reproduced, copied or used commercially without written permission.

10. Prohibited uses

You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others to perform unlawful acts, to infringe our intellectual property, to harass or discriminate, to submit false information, to upload viruses or malicious code, to scrape or collect personal information about others, to spam, or to interfere with the security features of the site.

11. Third party links

Some content and links on this site point to third parties. We are not responsible for their materials, accuracy or policies, and any dealings with them are between you and them.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and everything we sell is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kevlar x Koffee is not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any product purchased from it. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kevlar x Koffee and its team from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Your submission of personal information is governed by our privacy policy.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Continuing to use the site after changes are posted means you accept them.
